An introduction to the exciting gypsy jazz style of violinist Stéphane Grappelli and guitarist Django Reinhardt. Subjects will include jazz improvisation and stylistic tips, such as slides, blue notes, and syncopated jazz rhythms, while teaching you the most popular gypsy jazz standards “Duke and Dukie”
(Django Reinhardt), and “Honeysuckle Rose” (Fats Waller).
